An exclusive workshop for Peas & Love Members on the roof of the Caméléon shop of Bruxelles!
Bokashi means “fermented organic matter” in Japanese.
This technique allows you to compost all your food scraps at home, indoor, in a simple and almost odourless way, as it happens in a sealed bucket.
Thanks to effective micro-organisms starting the controlled fermentation process in absence of oxygen, no rotting appears. Such treated food scraps can then further be transformed into living soil 😍!
